Brian is a trial lawyer at Johnston & Hutchinson LLP in Los Angeles, California. Brian represents clients throughout California in matters involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and business disputes, and is widely regarded as one of the most promising trial lawyers of his peer group.

 

Brian graduated from nationally ranked UCLA School of Law during which time he interned with the Los Angeles City Attorney and the San Diego County Public Defender. Since coming to Johnston & Hutchinson in 2013, Brian has played an essential role in the firm’s largest verdicts and settlements, including a $22.4 million wrongful death verdict and a $9.5 million settlement for a traumatic brain injury. Brian has tried cases both as a member of the trial team and as lead counsel.

 

Brian is also a member of several professional organizations including the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. Brian’s next career goal is to become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a prestigious invitation-only trial lawyers organization.

 

In his free time, he competes in extreme sporting events and has successfully completed difficult mountain treks.
